Today we have a couple of record/tour announcements for people in the US and a couple of great downloads for everyone else as well, especially whoever visited from Nepal. The Trashcan Sinatras are starting a pretty extensive US tour next week, and unlike their last visit are playing full electric shows. At the same time the band have released on their website a CD compiling some of those acoustic performances from last year when they played two shows at the sadly departed Fez in NYC. All the tourdates, how to get the CD, and a whole bunch of MP3 and videos can be found at their website including this great version of The Mekons' "Ghosts Of American Astronauts"

Also jetting over to these fair shores are the excellant Dudley Corporation who will be supporting Pinback on various dates in support of their long awaited US release of their album "In Love With" The band very kindly wrote a song for our first red roses for me CD "Swanniesong" over five years ago so we're looking forward to finally thanking them in person.
