Thanks for the Strawberry Switchblade track – I used to play to 'Jolene' all the time back 'round 1985 or so....
Bloody hell, The Family Cat!! That takes me back... it seemed like they used to be the opening act at Reading Festival every year, although that's probably just my memory and it was probably just the once.
I've no idea what became of any of the band apart from Stephen Jelbert (hm, he played guitar, I think) who is a (very cynical) music journalist type.
I'm off to dig around in the spare room and see if I can find any FC stuff on vinyl. I know I have some somewhere. "Steamroller" was a pretty good song, actually...
